Cacherouth: Rav Laima Barber was born in Sydney in Australia, the son of Rabbi Yitzchok and Rochi Barber, and obtained his smicha in Pretoria at the Chabad Yeshiva, after attending yeshivot in New York and Israel. He worked at Chabad headquarters in New York. It is installed Mauritius Island since may 2012. A mashguiah will be on-site during all stays.

These ground, first or second floor rooms are located in the iconic plantation-style “Manor House” and offer stunning ocean views from a spacious, private balcony or terrace.
Family house : Family comfort in elegance : Elegant ground floor rooms with twin, queen or king size beds (2 connecting rooms of 40sqm each) with garden view. They have a spacious private terrace located in the separate luxurious Creolestyled “Villa houses” or in the iconic Plantation style “Manor House”.

A community seder in a friendly atmosphere with the participation of children. Full Board – snack afternoons. The breakfast buffet will be served. Lunches and dinners of Hol Hamoed buffet with BBQ-dinner will be served. The meal of shabbat and holidays will be served at table.
A quiddouch will be offered after the shabbat and holy days prayer. Special menus. Drinks included at meals (wine and soft). A Hazan to animate the 2 nights of the seder and the offices. Evening of Mimouna. All services of the hotel are at your disposal.
Kashrut Glatt Kosher - Chalav Yisrael under the authority of the Beth Din Of Mauritius with Rav Mordechay Cohen as managing shomer. • Communal Sedarim in a friendly atmosphere where everyone will participate in order to share their memories and customs. • A chazan will lead the sedarim and services. • Shiurim and conferences during the stay.
